BOOKITBEE is a trading name of the LIVE IT GROUP LTD (Registered in England, number 08432364 at 3 Enterprise Centre, Rogues Hill, Penshurst TN11 8BG. VAT number 177550680.) allows users to setup an online event registration service to then promote, share and sell tickets to their event(s). The payments of event tickets are processed via PayPal, Stripe or BOOKITBEE Payment Gateway. BOOKITBEE is NOT an Event Organiser and is not responsible for the Events listed on the BOOKITBEE Service. All enquiries regarding any Events listed on BOOKITBEE should be directed to the Event Organiser.
The following Terms and Conditions (T&C) govern all use by you as an Organiser (a Person/Entity creating an Event and selling Event ticket or registering for an Event on the BOOKITBEE System) and BOOKITBEE. The Services are owned and operated by BOOKITBEE. The Services are offered subject to your acceptance without modification of all of the Terms and Conditions contained herein and all other operations rules, policies and procedures that may be published from time to time on BOOKITBEE.com (the Site) by BOOKITBEE. BOOKITBEE is not responsible for the Content published by Organisers on the BOOKITBEE Service (the Service) and you agree to use the Service at your own risk and sole responsibility for your content. These Terms and Conditions fall under the Jurisdiction and Laws of England and Wales.
BOOKITBEE reserves the right, to modify or replace any of the terms or conditions of this T&C at any time. It is your responsibility to check this T&C periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of any changes to this T&C constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to cease accessing, browsing and using the Services, If any change to this T&C is not acceptable to you.
1.3. You agree to use the Services only for purposes that are permitted by (i) the Terms and Conditions and (ii) any applicable law, regulation or generally accepted practices or guidelines in the relevant jurisdictions.
2.1. The Service
BOOKITBEE hereby grants you right to access and use the Service for the purpose of creating Events, browsing Events, sharing Events Information, and receiving Buyers payments (subject to the BOOKITBEE T&C) for your Event products and services. You shall not be permitted or permit anyone else to, directly or indirectly: (a) modify, reproduce or create derivatives of any part of the Service or BOOKITBEE site content; (b) resell, distribute or act as agent of BOOKITBEE unless expressly authorised by BOOKITBEE.
2.2.1. By purchasing a ticket or registering for an Event on BOOKITBEE using the BOOKITBEE Payment Gateway, a sales contract is created between the Buyer and BOOKITBEE which is valid up to 4 working days after the conclusion of the Event. After this period the sales contract with BOOKITBEE is concluded and any further communication shall be between the Buyer and the Organiser, unless otherwise informed by BOOKITBEE. BOOKITBEE will be responsible and guarantee a full refund of any purchased tickets as per the BOOKITBEE Payment Gateway terms and conditions set below. BOOKITBEE is ONLY liable for the monies paid by the Buyer to BOOKITBEE, the Buyer hereby agrees to indemnify and absolve BOOKITBEE with regard to any outside or third party costs the Buyer might incur for the purposes of participation of the purchased/registered Event, included but not limited to travel, accommodation, subsistence or equipment.
188.8.131.52. Buyers who have paid via the BOOKITBEE Payment Gateway may request a refund from BOOKITBEE up to 4 days after an event has been held. Following this time the responsibility for all refunds and event enquiries will be solely the responsibility of the Organiser and contractual liability shall pass to them. In this event, the Organiser agrees to fully indemnify BOOKITBEE against all liability for any and all claims regarding the event and any refunds or payments due to the Buyer.
2.2.2. By purchasing or registering for an Event on BOOKITBEE using an FPM (see below section on Facilitated Payment Processing) a sales contract is created solely between the Buyer and the relevant Organiser. BOOKITBEE is not an Organiser and acts solely for the facilitation/processing of the ticket sales on behalf of the Organiser. In the Event the Organiser uses an FPM (see below section on Facilitated Payment Processing) for the payment processing, BOOKITBEE is not liable for Organiser insolvency or for the failure of an Event.
2.3. The Organisers Terms and Conditions
The Organiser will set their own Terms and Conditions for their Events. These Terms and Conditions will not supersede any of the BOOKITBEE T&C and Buyers purchase Terms and Conditions, for any purchases using the BOOKITBEE Payment Gateway, are as per the BOOKITBEE Payment Gateway terms and conditions set below.
2.3.1. If payment for a ticket has been made using the BOOKITBEE Payment Gateway and a Buyer has a dispute with the Organiser, the BOOKITBEE T&C shall supersede the Organisers’ Terms and Conditions in the event that a resolution to said dispute cannot be reached between the Organiser and the Buyer. In this event BOOKITBEE reserves the right to fully refund the Buyer as per 2.2.1 and the Organiser and Buyer will be notified of a cancellation of ticket.
3.1. Event information
Event information, quantity of tickets available, ticket price, Organiser Terms and Conditions, payment methods and Event specific refund policy (except in the event the Organisers uses the BOOKITBEE Payment Gateway), is the sole responsibility of the Event Organiser. BOOKITBEE has no influence regarding this information. It is the Organiser’s duty to ensure the validity of this information.
3.2. Conclusion of the Contract
By proceeding to a payment gateway after selecting an Event ticket(s) the Buyer accepts the offer for the Conclusion of the purchase Contract. In order to accept the offer, the Buyer is required to have filled out all the necessary fields and to have accepted the Organiser’s Terms and Conditions and the BOOKITBEE Terms and Conditions.
3.3. The Distance Selling Regulations
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 Act, the Buyer has a cancellation period of 7 working days, from the day of purchase, in which to withdraw from the contract.
3.4. BOOKITBEE has the right to cancel the purchase contract if the Buyer has violated the conditions of the pre-sale, which have been stated by the Organiser or BOOKITBEE. The declaration of withdrawal can also be provided implied by refunding any payments made by the Buyer.
There are two types of payment processing systems the Organisers may use with the BOOKITBEE Service: (1) Facilitated Payment Modes using either Paypal or/and Stripe and; (2) Credit Card Processing (CCP) using the BOOKITBEE Payment Gateway.
4.2. Facilitated Payment Modes (FPM)

4.3.1. BOOKITBEE Payment Gateway
When an Organiser elects to use the BOOKITBEE Payment Gateway for the collection of Event Registration Fees, payment processing occurs directly through BOOKITBEE. Under the CCP option, BOOKITBEE will collect all Event Registration Fees on behalf of the Organiser from Buyers and deduct all applicable Services Fees from the Event Registration Fees collected by BOOKITBEE, and then pass the remainder along to the Organiser on or after the fifth (5th) business day after the event end date for the event to which the Event Registration Fees correspond. BOOKITBEE reserves the right to withhold funds (a) if and when BOOKITBEE determines it to be necessary for the processing and settlement of all refunds, disputed charges, chargebacks, Buyers complaints, allegations of fraud, and other discrepancies and (b) as otherwise permitted pursuant to this T&C. BOOKITBEE will NOT transfer any money to the Organiser if an Event is cancelled and respective Buyers will be refunded in full. Following the payment of ticket revenues minus charges to the Organiser, the Organiser agrees to accept full contractual liability to the Buyer and to fully indemnify BOOKITBEE against any future claims that may be made by Buyers in relation to the ticket purchase.
4.3.2. Buyer Refunds
Under the CCP option, it is the Organiser’s responsibility to inform the Buyer of the refund policy and issue the refunds via the BOOKITBEE Service. The Organisers refund policy has to be consistent with these T&C. BOOKITBEE permits Organisers to issue refunds at any time from the date of transaction with the Buyer up to 72 hours after the Event is held. In the event the Organisers refund policy is inconsistent with these T&C, the Buyer may request for a full refund directly from BOOKITBEE, up to four (4) working days after the Event has been held. All communications or disputes regarding refunds are between the Organiser and Buyer, and BOOKITBEE will not be responsible or liable for, and Organiser, under their Terms and Conditions, agree to fully indemnify BOOKITBEE and its affiliates for, refunds, errors in issuing refunds, or lack of refunds in connection with the use of the CCP option. (ii) Notwithstanding the foregoing, BOOKITBEE shall have the right to force a refund of any or all Buyers at any time for any reason or no reason, including without limitation if BOOKITBEE receives complaints, via the BOOKITBEE Event Feedback Survey, from a predetermined percentage of Buyers with respect to the applicable Event or another Event held by Organiser, or BOOKITBEE determines in its sole discretion that Organiser has engaged in any fraudulent activity or made any misrepresentations. Any refunds costs will be passed on to the Organiser and the Buyer will receive a FULL refund.
4.3.3. Credit Card Chargebacks
Under the CCP option, any credit card chargebacks incurred by BOOKITBEE via the BOOKITBEE Payment Gateway relating to the Organiser’s Event shall be charged back to the Organiser. All communication relating to a Credit Card Chargeback shall be between the Organiser and the Buyer. The Organiser hereby agrees to fully indemnify BOOKITBEE and its affiliates for chargeback issued in the usage of the BOOKITBEE Payment Gateway.
4.4. Service Fees
Organisers will collect all monies directly from the Buyer under the FPM services. By electing to use the FPM option the Organiser agrees to: (a) pay BOOKITBEE all applicable BOOKITBEE Service Fees, which are based on the number of tickets sold by the Organiser and/or the value of said tickets, as per the BOOKITBEE Fee structure as set on www.BOOKITBEE.com. The Organiser also agrees to pay for any and all additional fees, equipment lease charges, ticket printing fees and charges payable by BOOKITBEE in connection to the Organiser’s Event that are outside of the scope as set by www.BOOKITBEE.com.
4.4.1. BOOKITBEE fees are collected upon payment by the Buyer for tickets and are non-refundable. In the event that the Organiser refunds a Buyer, BOOKITBEE will not be liable to refund the Service Fees to the Organiser who agree to bear any financial shortfall. In the event that the balance of the money collected in association with a particular Event do not cover refunds in this way BOOKITBEE will invoice the Organiser in accordance with Clause 4.5.1
4.4.2. In the event that an Organiser uses the BOOKITBEE service for a free event then there are no fees payable, if attendee is later required by the organiser to pay for their ticket then BOOKITBEE will consider that the System Charge which would have been incurred in selling the ticket through the BOOKITBEE system is due and will invoice for it accordingly. In the event that the balance of the money collected in association with a particular Event do not cover refunds in this way BOOKITBEE will invoice the Organiser in accordance with Clause 4.5.1
4.5. Non-Exclusive Remedies
4.5.1. Organiser Service Fees
In the event the Organiser fails to pay BOOKITBEE any amount that is due as per these T&C, BOOKITBEE will pursue these amounts by: (a) deduct these amounts from Organiser’s outstanding balance from any Events the Organiser has on the BOOKITBEE Service, (b) invoice the Organiser for the outstanding amount and any administrative costs incurred by BOOKITBEE, at which point the Organiser has twenty-eight (28) days, from the date of the invoice, to pay said invoice. (c) pass on the debt to a debt collection agency along with the Organisers full details.
Upon receipt of a credit card authorisation for each transaction, BOOKITBEE generates a confirmation message to the Buyer with the tickets they have purchased. The Organiser agrees to unconditionally accept, honour and fulfil all commitments as stated on your BOOKITBEE Event.
BOOKITBEE reserves the right, at any time, to modify, suspend or discontinue, temporarily or permanently BOOKITBEE.com (or any part thereof) for any reason or no reason with or without notice. You agree that BOOKITBEE shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinued service. This DOES NOT affect the Buyer Refund rights via the BOOKITBEE Payment Gateway as per our T&C above.
BOOKITBEE.com allows for Organisers to insert links to other internet websites or resources. Because BOOKITBEE has no control over such websites and resources, the Buyer or any other user of the BOOKITBEE service, agrees that BOOKITBEE is not responsible, endorses or liable for any external content available on such websites or resources. The Organiser or any other user of the BOOKITBEE service agrees that BOOKITBEE is not responsible or liable for any consequences arising from the usage or reliance of any such websites or resources.
7.1. BOOKITBEE is NOT associated with or partner to any Organiser (its legal agents or its vicarious agents) or Event(s) displayed on the BOOKITBEE System.
7.2. BOOKITBEE is NOT liable for any injury of life, body or health, based on a violation of duty by Organisers, its legal agents or its vicarious agents.
7.3. The Buyer absolves BOOKITBEE of any responsibility for anything relating to the Event placed by the Organiser on the BOOKITBEE System or sent by the Organiser via BOOKITBEE emails.
7.4. Any claims from the Buyer, relating to anything stemming from the purchase of an Event, should be made to the Organiser except for anything that falls under the BOOKITBEE T&C relating to Credit Card Processing.
8.1. BOOKITBEE require Organisers to register for an account. It is your responsibility to ensure that all registration information you provide will always be valid, correct, and up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Accounts registered by bots or other automated methods are not permitted
9.1. Event Site Content
The Organiser agrees that all material including, without limitation, text, images, design elements, information, graphics and other content (collectively known as Event Site Content) is used with the proper authorisations from 3rd parties, where applicable, and is protected by copyrights, trademarks, intellectual property and other rights and laws. You will not share, modify , distribute, copy, reproduce, publicly display, transmit, edit or create derivative works of any Site Content or post any Site Content on any other website unless authorised by the BOOKITBEE Service through its functions.
9.2. Your Content
The Organiser acknowledge and agree that any content uploaded to the BOOKITBEE.com website can be used by BOOKITBEE to reproduce, adapt, modify, distribute, publish and otherwise exploit said content. The Organiser guarantees that they have all the rights, power and authority necessary to use said content and authority to authorise BOOKITBEE to use all uploaded content as per the T&C. The Organiser is solely responsible to ensure that their content (a) does not infringe, violate, misappropriate or otherwise conflict with the rights of any third party (b) complies with all applicable laws and regulations (foreign and domestic). BOOKITBEE reserves the right to remove, at its sole discretion, any content or shout down any Event pages that do not comply with this T&C.
9.3. The Digital Economy Act 2010
Under the Digital Economy Act 2010, if anyone believes in good faith that any of the content made available on BOOKITBEE.com infringes on your copyright, you may send us notice requesting the removal or blockage of the respective content. Any notice submitted must conform to the Digital Economy Act 2010 as stipulated on http://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/2010/24/contents. Any notice should be submitted to: buzzy@BOOKITBEE.com
10.1. Photos an Images
BOOKITBEE may offer to upload your personal profile or Event photo. It is your responsibility not to upload an abusive photo, not to infringe on any copyrights or trademarks, and not to use a design which other BOOKITBEE users may deem offensive. BOOKITBEE is not liable for any imagery that is uploaded by Organisers or Registered Users that infringes any copyrights or trademarks relating to the respective imagery.
10.2. Copyright and Trademark infringementAny complaints, with merit, received by BOOKITBEE relating to Copyright and Trademark infringement by an Organiser or publisher on the BOOKITBEE.com site will result with the “switching off” of their Event site on BOOKITBEE and their details forwarded on to the requestor. Any costs associated with this process will be passed onto the Organiser or publisher on the BOOKITBEE.com site.
Organisers hereby agree that they are liable for all content, in whatever form, provided and made available through BOOKITBEE.com and agree not to use the service to upload, post, email, transmit, broadcast or otherwise make available any content that is; unlawful, threatening, abusive, vulgar, harmful, tortuous, defamatory, libellous, vulgar, obscene, invasive, hateful, racially or ethnically objectionable, harmful to minors, impersonating any person or entity, misrepresenting yourself, breaching fiduciary contracts, selling or advertising other products other than what is related to the Event, malware, software viruses, malicious code, inciting or breaking the any law foreign or domestic.
The Organiser agrees to defend, indemnify and hold anyone associated directly or employed by BOOKITBEE harmless with any and all damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (direct or indirect) due to or arising from your content. You also agree to cooperate with all requests from BOOKITBEE relating to this matter.
BOOKITBEE reserve the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate your account and remove all your content at any time for any or no reason for (a) failure to pay any fees and monies due (b) lack of usage of BOOKITBEE.com (c) any breach of these T&C. You agree that any termination can be implemented without any prior notice. The Organiser also agree that BOOKITBEE shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination.
The BOOKITBEE services is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. BOOKITBEE makes no warranty that: (a) The Service will meet your requirements (b) The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error free (c) The results from the use of the service will be reliable or accurate (d) The Service or Events (or any part thereof) will meet your expectations (e) Any error will be corrected.
1.1 Tickets for events are sold through an FPM whereby tickets are sold for Events advertised by Organizers and transactions are processed through the Organizer’s merchant account, not BOOKITBEE. BOOKITBEE will charge no fee for this service. Transactions of this nature are covered by this clause 1.
1.2 The Organizer is directly responsible for setting their own terms and conditions, including cancellation and refund policy.
1.3 It is the responsibility of the Buyer wishing to purchase a ticket for an Event to check the terms referred to in 1.2 above with the Organizer before the purchase of any tickets.
1.4 BOOKITBEE is in no way responsible for tickets sold through the direct pay method and has no authority to issue refunds. Buyers must contact the relevant Organizer regarding any refund and the Organizer hereby expressly undertakes to pay such refunds as are due to Buyers in accordance with its terms and conditions.
1.5 If the Buyer purchases tickets for an Event under this clause and that Event is cancelled, such Organizer will solely be responsible to issue refunds directly to Buyers who have purchased a ticket via the BOOKITBEE.com website for the cancelled Event.
1.6 The Buyer acknowledges and accepts that BOOKITBEE does not have any control over any Event, and accordingly takes no responsibility for damages, injury or loss of any kind incurred by the Buyer from attending an Event via tickets purchased or a Buyer being refused access to an Event for not complying with the Event regulations or the cancellation of an Event. In such circumstances the Organizer will be directly liable to the Buyer, however it is the responsibility of the Buyer to familiarize themselves with the Organizer’s terms prior to attending the Event.
2.1 BOOKITBEE will comply with the applicable data protection laws, including in particular, the adoption of laws consistent with the EU Directive 95/46/EC (“EU Data Directive”) binding in United Kingdom, as amended from time to time.
2.3 In providing the service, we may transfer personal data (including the Data) to third party service providers, which may store and process this personal data on servers located outside of the EEA (including for data back-up purposes). If we transfer Data outside of the EEA in this way, we will take all reasonable steps to ensure that the Data continues to be protected.
2.4 Where you export your Data during your use of the service you are responsible for ensuring that your use of that Data is compliant with data protection laws and the terms in place between you and your customer.
3.1 If over 1,000 tickets are sold in one day for an Event that uses the ‘Bee Free’ service, the Organizer’s account will be upgraded to a normal fee-paying account within a period of 24 hours, whereby clauses 4.2 and 4.4 of the Organizer terms and conditions will apply.
3.2 An Organizer may not transfer or assign its rights under the ‘Bee Free’ service to any individual or entity.
3.3 BOOKITBEE may amend the ‘Bee Free’ Additional Terms at any time by giving 30 days’ written notice. For the avoidance of doubt, Events that are already selling tickets will not be subject to any amendments to the Terms and Conditions.
We collect the email addresses of those who communicate with us via email, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, and information volunteered by the consumer (such as survey information and/or site registrations). The information we collect is used to improve the content of our Web pages and the quality of our service, and is not shared with or sold to other organizations for commercial purposes, except to provide products or services you’ve requested, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances:
1. It is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of Terms and Conditions, or as otherwise required by law.

BOOKITBEE uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to operate the service. Although BOOKITBEE owns the code, databases, and all rights to the service, you retain all rights to your data.
1. BOOKITBEE may disclose personally identifiable information under special circumstances, such as to comply with subpoenas or when your actions violate the Terms and Conditions.
2. BOOKITBEE may disclose aggregate data including (but not limited to) number of tickets sold, number of active accounts, average ticket price, and disclose such information in a non-personally identifiable manner. In these situations, we do not disclose any information that could be used to identify you personally.
BOOKITBEE may periodically update this policy. We will notify users about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by placing a notice on the BOOKITBEE site.
