Funds go directly to your Stripe or PayPal account from your customer and we then auto-debit Bookitbee System Fees directly from your account for each booking.
Bookitbee Fees are capped at $19.95.

With Event Protect an extra fee of 2% (which is charged to the ticket buyer) is added that allows ticket buyers to apply for a refund from Event Protect in the circumstance that your event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (see terms and conditions).
This is designed to protect both you and your ticket buyers if the unexpected happens, allowing you to organise your event with confidence and giving your ticket buyers peace of mind when buying tickets in advance.
