Do you have a minimum and maximum fee cap?
Yes, the minimum and maximum Bookitbee Fees vary by currency:
- GBP mimimum £0.50, maximum £19.95, per ticket
- USD mimimum $0.75, maximum $24.95, per ticket
- EUR mimimum €0.50, maximum €21.95, per ticket
If you’re using another currency, you’ll be able to see the minimum and maximum fees in your currency when you create your event.
How do I get paid?
Get paid daily in advance of your event using Stripe. Setup your account in only a few minutes.
Alternatively, we can take care of the payments and you’ll receive funds 5 days after your event.
How much do transaction fees cost?
Transaction fees are subject to which payment processing option you choose that best works for you. This includes Stripe, PayPal, and our own LIVE IT Payments.
LIVE IT Payments is powered by Stripe and we pass on fees at cost to you.
This cost can either be absorbed inside your ticket price, or passed on to your attendees.
Which payment processing options do you support?
We support Stripe and PayPal. We offer LIVE IT Payments for those who prefer not to use their own merchant account.

Can I collect custom data from my attendees?
Yes!
Add custom questions to the booking process to learn more information about your attendees, with free text, date selection, single & multiple choice menu options.
Perfect for asking pre-defined questions, or allowing attendees to input any additional information.
You can set questions as mandatory or optional fields.
Can I export my attendee data?
Yes!
No data is locked away, you have full access to any booking data collected at the click of a download button. You can also sync data and notifications with many of our integrations, including Mailchimp, Slack and email notifications.
We do not gatekeep your data. Use it how you please.
Can I list private, invite only events?
This is a Bookitee Plus feature.
If your event is invite-only, you can limit bookings to approved email addresses only.
You can provide a list of email addresses or domains for us to check against. If the booker’s email address is not on this list they will be prevented from completing their booking.
You can restrict each email address to one purchase.
You can also request that search engines do not show your event in their results.
Can I email my customers using Bookitbee?
This is a Bookitee Plus feature.
You can reach out to customers directly from our Event Dashboard if you need to send essential information related to the event, such as a change of venue or cancellation. This feature cannot be used to send any kind of marketing.
For marketing messaging, you can easily download GDPR-safe mailing lists, or even sync with Mailchimp.
